XFORBIT Private Limited provides custom software engineering, development, consulting, and related services. Specific terms for individual projects will be outlined in separate engagement agreements.
Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement, intellectual property rights to custom-developed software remain with the client upon full payment. XFORBIT retains rights to methodologies, frameworks, and generic tools developed independently.
To the extent permitted by law, XFORBIT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or this website.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives for three years after project completion.
Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise specified in the project agreement. Late payments may incur interest charges at 1.5% per month.
Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice if the other party materially breaches this agreement and fails to remedy within 15 days of notice.
